Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. The Pro Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She was 3rd overall at the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. as well as seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
